Terms of Use

PlugPH is a free map of EV charging stations, built from community reports and public data. It is a guide, not a guarantee.

• Charger locations, status, prices, connectors, hours, ratings, and trip plans come from other users and public sources. They may be out of date or incorrect.
• Trip plans are estimates. Real range depends on speed, load, weather, and road conditions. Always keep a safety margin and confirm a charger before relying on it.
• We provide PlugPH "as is", without promises of accuracy or availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from wasted trips, failed charging, or decisions made using the app.

Keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from your profile.

• You keep ownership of what you post (check-ins, notes, photos, reviews, charger submissions). You give PlugPH a free, worldwide right to display, store, and adapt them so the map works.
• Only post things you have the right to share, and keep them truthful and relevant. Do not post other people's personal information or anyone's license plates or faces in photos.
• No spam, ads, false reports, fake reviews, harassment, or anything unlawful. Do not try to cheat points or overload the service.
• We may edit or remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules or harm the community.
• Points and badges are for fun and have no cash value.

Some listings come from Open Charge Map (CC BY 4.0) and map data from OpenStreetMap contributors. Links to Google Maps, Waze, and other sites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms.

We may change or stop features, or update these terms. When the terms change in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use PlugPH means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
