How to use PlugPH

Don't see a charger on the map? Add it, and it helps every driver after you. You need to be logged in.

1. On the map, tap the + button on the right side.
2. Drop the pin: tap the exact spot on the small map, or tap "I'm here" if you are standing at the charger.
3. Fill in the name. Add the connector types, power (kW), price, and a photo if you can. More detail is better.
4. Tap "Submit for review".
5. We review it first. Once approved it appears on the map and you earn 30 points.

If a charger is already within about 100 meters, we will tell you its name instead. Use "Wrong info" on that charger to suggest changes.

A check-in tells the next driver whether the charger is working right now.

1. Tap the charger on the map to open its page.
2. Under "Here now? Tell the community", tap Working, Busy, or Broken.
3. Add a note or a photo if you like. A photo earns bonus points.
4. Tap "Submit check-in". You earn 10 points, or 25 with a photo.

You can check in at the same charger once per hour, and up to 20 times a day. If a different driver reported something else recently, the status updates once more people agree.

1. Open the charger's page and tap "Wrong info".
2. Choose Closed, Wrong details, or Other.
3. Describe what is wrong, for example "price is now ₱18/kWh" or "the mall removed the chargers".
4. Tap "Send report". When we approve it you earn 15 points.

1. Open the charger's page and scroll to Reviews.
2. Tap "Write a review", choose 1 to 5 stars, and add a comment about speed, parking, or what is nearby.
3. Tap "Post review". You can edit or delete your review later.

Your first name is shown with your review. Your email is never shown.

1. Open the charger's page and tap the heart.
2. Find your saved chargers on your profile. The bell turns email alerts on or off.

With alerts on, we email you when a saved charger appears to go down or come back online.

1. On the map, tap the route button.
2. Enter where you start and where you are going. Tap the location button to use where you are now.
3. Set your car's full range and how full the battery is when you leave. Pick your connector if you want.
4. Tap "Plan my trip" to see the charging stops, each with Navigate and Details buttons.

Trip plans are estimates. Real range depends on speed, load, and weather, so keep a safety margin and check the charger before you rely on it.

1. Green: drivers say it is working.
2. Yellow: busy right now (this expires after an hour).
3. Red: reported broken.
4. Gray: unknown. Nobody has checked in recently, so be the first!

A status goes back to gray after a week without a check-in.

1. Check in: 10 points (25 with a photo). Approved new charger: 30. Approved report: 15.
2. Badges: Spark at 50 points, Live Wire at 150, Power Plug at 400, Grid Hero at 1000.
3. See your points on your profile, and the top contributors on the leaderboard.

1. You can browse the map without an account.
2. To check in, add chargers, review, or save chargers, sign up with Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, or your email.
3. Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen.

1. iPhone (Safari): tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen".
2. Android (Chrome): tap the ⋮ menu, then "Add to Home screen" or "Install app".
